Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Page2Mail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

Content

Our Service allows you to extract and send content from web pages. You are solely responsible for the content you extract and send. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to access and extract the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the content

AI Processing and Shared Caching

Page2Mail may offer optional AI-powered cleanup and formatting of extracted content. When you enable AI features, you may also choose to enable a shared AI cache. If shared caching is enabled, we may reuse AI-cleaned versions of identical public web content across Page2Mail users in order to improve performance and reduce processing time.

Shared caching only applies to content that appears to be publicly accessible and is keyed by a hash of the processed content, not by your account details. Private, local, or obviously non-public URLs are not cached or reused across users. You can disable shared AI caching at any time in your settings, in which case your AI-processed content will not be reused for other users.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Page2Mail and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms relating to our Service and the use of this Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Page2Mail, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Page2Mail and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Page2Mail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
