AI Processing and Shared Caching
When you enable optional AI cleanup features, we may send extracted content to AI providers to generate a cleaned and reformatted version of the page for email delivery. In order to improve performance, we also offer an optional shared AI cache that can reuse AI-cleaned versions of identical public web content across Page2Mail users.
Shared caching is keyed by a hash of the processed content, not by your identity, and is only applied when it appears that the source URL is publicly accessible. Private, local, or obviously non-public URLs are not cached for reuse across users. You can disable shared AI caching at any time in your settings; when disabled, your AI-processed content will not be reused for other users.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
